Group Class Descriptions
Lower Body
Mondays
Squat, hinge, lunge, and more. We’ll focus on strengthening your lower body with some additional upper body movements. The class will end with some cardio and mobility work. Length: 55 minutes.
Upper Body
Tuesdays
Press, pull, carry, and slam. We’ll focus on strengthening your upper body with some additional lower body work. The class will end with some cardio and mobility work. Length: 55 minutes.
Cardio & Core
Wednesdays
Cardio: Run, step, row, ski, and slam. We'll get your heart rate up for a cardio+HIIT workout. Afterwards, we'll cool down with core movements to develop strong abs that will help with resistance training, sports, and daily life. The class will end with a mobility and stretch to finish the day. Length: 45-55 minutes, depending on the program's requirements.
Whole Body
Thursdays
Push, pull, carry, squat, hinge, and more. We’ll target all of the major muscle groups! This class will end with some cardio and mobility work. Length: 55 minutes.
Coaches’ Choice
Saturdays
Coaches will have a little fun with a whole-body workout. Some days it may be strength-focused, other days it will be more cardio. We'll be sure to make it dynamic and fun. Come and see what your coaches brew up and start your weekend on the right foot! Length: 60 minutes.
Class Times & Structure
CLASS TIMES: 10 AM, 12 PM (New!), 4:30 PM, 6 PM & 8:30 PM
CLASS SIZE: Classes are capped between 8~12 members depending on the day’s workout.
REGISTRATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
You may register for a class up to the start of class time; if a class appears full, you may stop by and see if there’s a spot open.
Reservations may be canceled at any point up to 12 hours before class. For example, a 10 am registration may be canceled up to 10 pm the night before. If it is canceled at any time after, it will be debited.
WHAT TO BRING:
We have cubicles for your personal items and a reverse osmosis water dispenser, so do bring a water bottle & a small towel.

We love a good selfie - tag us! That said, please refrain from taking photos/videos that include other members without their prior consent.
